Managing risks within the Company is the responsibility of everyone at TBP. Wherefore, the Board of Directors, staffs, and all employees are expected to understand the risks that exist in their work environment and proactively manage them. Risk management is integrated with the Company's core business, decision-making processes, as well as the Company culture. This policy is created as a manifestation of the Board of Directors’ commitment as the main accountability holder in implementing risk management in a systematic and integrated manner which refers to ISO 31000:2018, as well as being an inseparable part of the Good Corporate Governance implementation.
