PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk, (“TBP” or “the Company”) does not tolerate any form of Bribery/Gratification, Corruption, and Money Laundering in the Company's working environment. The Company established the Anti-Bribery/Gratification, Corruption, and Money Laundering Policy as the Company's commitment, ethics, and values in carrying out its business activities that are clean and free from unlawful acts in the Republic of Indonesia. The policy applies to every Employee, Board of Directors, and Commissioner of the Company.
As part of the sustainable business activities implementation and to implement the principles of good corporate governance, the Company also applies this Policy to all levels of positions which have critical functions to the supporting levels in the Company. Furthermore, apart from the structure contained within the Company, the Company also hopes that this Policy can apply to all business partners, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, agents, and representatives including every party cooperating with the Company and/or acting for and on behalf of the Company.
