PT Gane Permai Sentosa (“GPS”) is a subsidiary of the Company engaged in nickel mining in South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. GPS has a Production Operation Mining Business License under the Decree of
Head of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) dated 14 September 2020, with the total area 1,276.99 Ha. Currently it has production status.
Share ownership of the Company in GPS amounting 99%.
PT Gane Tambang Sentosa ("GTS") is a subsidiary of the Company engaged in nickel mining in South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku. GTS has a Production Operation Mining Business License based on the Decree of Head of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and Integrated One-Stop Service Center of North Maluku Province dated 4 December 2020, with the total area 2,314 Ha.
Share ownership of the Company in GTS amounting 99%
PT Jikodolong Megah Pertiwi ("JMP") is a subsidiary of the Company through PT Gane Permai Sentosa ("GPS") engaged in nickel mining sector in Jikodolong area, South Halmahera, North Maluku Province. JMP has a Production Operation Mining Business License based on the Decree of Head of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and Integrated One-Stop Service Center of North Maluku Province dated 14 January 2019, with the total area 1,884.84 Ha.
Currently, JMP is in the process of preparing the construction of facilities and infrastructure to support operational activities.
Share ownership of the Company in JMP indirectly amounting 99.6%.
PT Obi Anugerah Mineral ("OAM") is a subsidiary of the Company through PT Gane Permai Sentosa ("GPS") engaged in nickel mining sector in South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku. OAM has a Mining Business License Production under the Decree of Head of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and Integrated One-Stop Service Center of North Maluku Province dated 18 August 2022, with the total area 1,775.40 Ha.
The Company's share ownership through GPS in OAM indirectly amounting to 99.6%.
The Company with its business partner established PT Karya Tambang Sentosa (“KTS”) on 1 September 2023 with share ownership amounting 36%. KTS engaged in nickel mining sector in South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku, under the Decree of Regent of South Halmahera, North Maluku Province, dated 12 September 2011, with the total area 3,185 Ha.
