COEC applies to all individuals who are under TBP, the Board of Commissioners, the Directors, the Board of Commissioners and employees’ supporting organs, the Board of Commissioners, the Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and the subsidiaries’ employees’ supporting organs and affiliates under the control of TBP, shareholders and all stakeholders or partners.
