TRIBUNTERNATE.COM - Harita Nickel, through its business unit, PT Trimegah Bangun Persada (PT TBP), received the Siddhakarya Productivity Award with Superior Qualifications from the North Maluku Provincial Government through the Manpower and Transmigration Office.
The award was presented to representatives of PT TBP's management by North Maluku Governor KH. Abdul Gani Kasuba, represented by Asrul Gailea, Assistant III for General Administration, in Ternate on Tuesday (December 28).
The Siddhakarya Productivity Award is presented by the governor every even-numbered year as a form of government recognition. It is given to companies that have successfully increased productivity for three consecutive years.
This award also recognizes companies that play a role in increasing productivity, creating jobs, and improving community welfare.
The Siddhakarya Award at the North Maluku provincial level is divided into two categories: Superior Qualifications and Developing Qualifications.
Only three companies received the Superior Qualifications, one of which was PT TBP.
PT TBP's Director of External Relations, Stevi Thomas, expressed his gratitude for the North Maluku Provincial Government appreciation, as evidenced by the conferment of the Siddhakarya Award.
Stevi stated that, as part of Harita Nickel, PT TBP consistently adheres to the company's values in carrying out its operations: Humility, Achievement-oriented (best results), Respect for every individual (mutual respect), Integrity (maintaining integrity), Teamwork, and Accountability.
Stevi continued, "PT TBP is committed to sustainable development and is determined to contribute to strengthening the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects of its business development."
"We are focused on implementing related programs to manage and develop the capacity of Harita employees to ensure sustainable growth in realizing our vision of optimizing the value of resources to provide the best possible contribution to shareholders, stakeholders, and the nation," Stevi said.
Stevi added that PT TBP strives to consistently prioritize the interests of stakeholders, support national development, and enhance the welfare of the surrounding community. He also continues working to improve the company's ESG rating to meet international standards and benchmarks.
Meanwhile, the Head of the North Maluku Manpower and Transmigration Office, Nurlaila Muhammad, stated that the Siddhakarya Award was given to PT TBP because the company was deemed successful in increasing workforce productivity over the past year.
"PT Trimegah Bangun Persada deserves the Siddhakarya Award in the Superior category because it has successfully increased workforce productivity over the past year," Nurlaila said following the award ceremony.
Nurlaila added that the purpose of the Siddhakarya Award is to encourage industrial businesses to improve their quality and productivity to achieve standards of excellence in quality.
Separately, North Maluku Governor KH. Abdul Gani Kasuba, represented by his Third Assistant, Asrul Gailea, expressed his appreciation to the companies that received the Siddhakarya Award. The Governor hopes that the award will improve business performance, enabling the company to progress and develop, becoming a role model for other companies in North Maluku. (*)
