Executive Business Control of Harita Nickel, Topan Prasetyo, noted that 2025 brought valuable lessons for everyone within the organization. “We all felt that 2025 was not an easy year. Through the processes we went through together, we learned that achievement is not measured solely by outcomes, but also by how we support and look out for one another,” he said.
According to Topan, the theme “Satu Harita, Saling Menjaga” serves as an important reminder amid daily work demands and operational pressures. “Through this prayer and reflection session, we took a moment to be grateful for what we have been through, while also offering our hopes that moving forward we are granted safety, good health, and an increasingly safe and caring work environment,” he added.
Echoing this sentiment, Deputy Department Head of Technical Support at Harita Nickel, Agung Aribowo, emphasized that day-to-day operations, particularly in the field, require constant vigilance and shared responsibility. “In our daily activities, we are often faced with situations that demand resilience, caution, and care, whether related to the environment, social aspects, or occupational health and safety,” he explained.
