In early December 2024, two prominent academics, Rochsyid Anggara and Rudiyansah, stepped into the heart of Harita Nickel’s flagship nickel downstreaming operation. As heads of the Mining Technology and Metallurgical Technology programs at the Polytechnic of Energy and Mining (PEP) Bandung—an institution under Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources—they carried more than just their titles.
Under Halmahera’s glaring sun, reflecting off heavy machinery, the two academics explored every corner of the Obi Site. From the state-of-the-art High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) process that produces raw materials for EV batteries Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP), crystallization plants for nickel and cobalt sulfate, and the Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace (RKEF) smelters, they witnessed technological sophistication up close. They also toured reclamation areas, where once-mined lands are now verdant habitats, a testament to Harita Nickel’s environmental commitment.
But this journey wasn’t just about machinery and technology. As they made their way to Kawasi Village, they witnessed the transformation of a once-isolated village into a hub of community empowerment. Through Harita Nickel's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, Kawasi Village now receives support in developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as well as the agricultural sector. The Propala production house, for example, stands as a tangible example of how industry can serve as a bridge for developing local skills, creating new and sustainable opportunities for the village’s economy.

PEP Bandung Academics provide Management Trainee Employees with the Latest Information on Metallurgical and Mining Processes through Harita Future Leaders Class

The visit culminated with the Harita Future Leaders Class, an exclusive program for Management Trainees, Foremen, and production staff. With 12 selected participants, the session resembled an intimate discussion rather than a conventional seminar.
Rudiyansah, addressing the class, emphasized HPAL’s role in placing Indonesia at the forefront of global downstreaming. “HPAL is more than just a technology—it’s a representation of our effort to maximize Indonesia’s mineral resources sustainably. By producing nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate, we’re not just meeting market demands; we’re positioning Indonesia as a key player in the electric vehicle battery supply chain,” he said.
Meanwhile, Rochsyid highlighted often-overlooked aspects of downstreaming: workplace safety and environmental management. “Successful downstreaming requires robust occupational health and safety (OHS) practices and environmental management that evolves with the times. Community empowerment is equally vital—it’s not just about mining but also about creating a positive impact across society,” he explained.
Rochsyid expressed optimism about Harita Nickel’s commitment to continuous improvement, adding, “I hope these efforts lead to greater recognition, particularly the Good Mining Practice Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.”

PEP Bandung academics get a firsthand look at the RKEF process at one of Harita Nickel's business units, PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel.

This visit wasn’t just an exchange of ideas—it was a shared narrative of responsibility, where industry and academia together shape a brighter future.
At the Obi Site, the lines between campus and mine blurred, replaced by a shared vision of sustainability. “Much like nickel processed with precision, this collaboration is part of Indonesia’s grand ambition: to lead globally in mineral downstreaming while staying rooted in its local essence,” Rudiyansah concluded.

Bridging Theory and Practice, PEP Bandung Academics Explore Harita Nickel’s Operations

Welcoming the joy of Christmas, Harita Nickel employees in all business units celebrated Pre-Christmas with full solemnity and togetherness. This event was held alternately on Obi Island, starting from the PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (HPL), Obi Nickel Cobalt (ONC) and Dharma Cipta Mulia (DCM) groups on December 1, 2024, followed by PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (TBP) on December 6, 2024, PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF), Karunia Permai Sentosa (KPS) and Obi Sinar Timur (OST) groups, on December 7, 2024, and PT Megah Surya Pertiwi (MSP) on December 8, 2024.
TBP Mine Plan Engineering Manager, Das Anton, explained, “In accordance with the theme of Christmas this year, let us return to Bethlehem to meet Jesus Christ, and continue to improve ourselves better, and make Christmas to bring a message of peace to all people, regardless of religion and ethnicity.” Every Pre-Christmas celebration at the Obi site is filled with various spiritual activities, ranging from hymns, prayers and Christmas reflections that bring profound meaning to all participants.

The Christian employees of Harita Nickel celebrated Pre-Christmas with joy and togetherness.

Different from the previous year event, this year's Pre-Christmas celebrations at the HPL, ONC and DCM groups featured a musical drama, which was fully performed by Harita's employees in these business units. “The setting is based on a story of the birth of the Redeemer in Bethlehem, followed by spiritual songs. The hope is to bring new colors, and strengthen the faith of employees who are devoted to the celebration,” said Hyuda Widiyantoro, Chairman of the Pre-Christmas Celebration Committee of HPL, ONC and DCM.
Different at HPL, the same at HJF. Chairman of the Pre-Christmas Celebration Committee at the pyrometallurgical business unit, Gilberth Tambunan, explained that this year's celebration reflected the peace of worshipping with family at home. “The atmosphere we build is like worshipping at church in our home. Starting from the solemn liturgy, to eating with Insan Harita at the end of the service. Hopefully a little treats Insan Harita's longing to celebrate Christmas with family at home,” he said.
In addition, this moment is also used to strengthen relationships between employees, creating an atmosphere of harmony in the midst of the company's hectic operations. Dian Kristiyanto, as Manager of Technical Support HPL and ONC, gave an inspirational message, “Let's make Christmas not just a ceremony of tradition, but a moment to renew our commitment as part of Harita Nickel, to support each other, work with integrity, and build an atmosphere of love and peace, as God exemplifies.”

This message is a reminder for all Harita Nickel employees to continue to prioritize the values of love, peace and integrity in every aspect of work and daily life.

This Pre-Christmas celebration is not only a moment to commemorate the birth of the Savior, but also an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and kinship among employees. “With the spirit of Christmas, Insan Harita hopes to continue to make a positive contribution to the community and the environment around our operational areas. Merry Christmas and Let's Look Forward to a Blessed Year 2025!” said the Chairman of MSP's Pre-Christmas Committee, Bintang Siahaan, enthusiastically.

Pre-Christmas Spirit: Harmony and Togetherness of Harita Nickel Employees on Obi Island

Harita Nickel, through its subsidiary PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel, conducted a “Safety Goes to School” program at SMA Tunas Muda in Kawasi Village on Saturday, January 20, 2024. The initiative, held as part of the 2024 National Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month, aimed to raise awareness about the importance of OHS among students.
More than 60 students from various grade levels participated in two key training sessions: basic fire extinguishing techniques and safe driving practices. For the fire extinguishing session, the company deployed three Emergency Response Team (ERT) personnel and five members of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Department to demonstrate fire suppression using a wet blanket.

“This program is designed to be engaging and educational, equipping students with essential skills in a fun and relatable way. For example, we likened fire suppression techniques to the skills of animated heroes in the Avatar series, empowering students to understand and manage fire effectively by learning about its chemical components,” explained Hendri Saputro, OHS Supervisor at Harita Nickel.

Hendri further explained that this educational program aims to introduce OHS practices that can be applied in daily life, whether at home or school. This aligns with Harita Nickel’s commitment to OHS, which emphasizes maintaining safe operational activities through a culture of safety while also creating a positive social impact in the community.

“We believe that the young generation participating in this program will become agents of change who can carry forward the culture of OHS in the future, starting within their immediate environment. Additionally, we distributed 65 reusable water bottles to students and teachers as part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastic waste,” Hendri stated.

Representing the principal of SMA Tunas Muda, Marlon Vergi Kurama expressed appreciation for Harita Nickel’s continued dedication to building the capacity of Obi Island’s younger generation. “This program is invaluable in broadening the knowledge of teenage students, who are increasingly relied upon by their families. It equips them with the ability to identify potential risks in their homes and schools and to understand prevention and mitigation measures,” said Marlon.

Marlon hopes that educational programs like this could be conducted on an ongoing basis to broaden students’ understanding of potential risks. “Other risks, such as electrical hazards and earthquakes, could serve as additional engaging topics for student education. We look forward to continued collaboration with Harita Nickel in developing smart and safety-conscious young generations through OHS training,” Marlon added.

Ikra Jouronga, the Student Council President of SMA Tunas Muda Kawasi, shared her positive experience, highlighting the practical benefits of the materials provided by the Harita Nickel team. “The training was very useful and easy to understand, making it simple to apply in daily life at home and school,” Ikra said.

In addition to the Safety Goes to School program, Harita Nickel’s National OHS Month social initiatives included a Healthy Movement and Coastal Cleanup activity in Kawasi and a Health Education and Free Medical Check-up program.

This year, the National OHS Month carries the theme Foster an OHS Culture: Healthy and Safe at Work, Sustaining Business Continuity. “In alignment with this theme, Harita Nickel aims to extend the spirit of OHS culture beyond our operations to the surrounding community. We recognize that companies and communities exist within a shared socio-economic ecosystem, working hand in hand to advance Indonesia’s economy, especially in South Halmahera,” Hendri concluded.

Safety Goes to School: Harita Nickel Encourages Tunas Muda Highschool Students to Embrace a Safety Culture

Harita Nickel through one of its subsidiaries, PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF), recently held a drill or training to comply with the quality standards of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). Drill conducted by the Department of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aims to improve the preparedness of the team on duty in the field.
Dressed in gray uniforms complete with masks and vests along with supporting equipment, the team conducted a drill in the employee mes WWTP area. The team simulated the steps that need to be taken when they found the content in the waste exceeded the established quality standards.

In this drill, the scenario involved the sampling team discovered the ammonia levels in the wastewater outlet exceeded the quality standards. Following this, swift action was taken to address the situation. The sample was immediately sent to the laboratory for validation. If the results confirmed the breach of the quality standards, the operational team would be notified via internal radio communication for further action.

Environment Supervisor HJF Bobby Loys Lengga explained, “Validation was needed to ensure the next actions taken were based on reliable data. Following this, control procedures for handling the situation were directly implemented.”
These procedures included shutting the main valve to prevent further wastewater flow. The HSE team then prepared to use nutribac, a substance designed to accelerate the growth of bacteria or microbes that aid in wastewater treatment, ensuring the WWTP operates efficiently and meets the required water quality standards as per applicable regulations. Additionally, the emergency blower was activated to support the aeration process in the WWTP.

“By shutting off the flow and injecting nutribac, we ensure that the treatment process can resume optimally, accelerate the reduction of ammonia levels, and restore the water quality to meet the standard,” said Bobby.

Once ammonia levels return to normal and align with the standards, the team will continue to monitor and conduct further sampling, both in the field and at the laboratory, for validation.
Bobby further explained that drill like this are crucial for maintaining the team’s readiness to handle unforeseen situations. “This kind of training is essential to enhance the team’s preparedness. Moreover, we want to ensure that every member knows exactly what actions to take if an emergency situation arises,” he stated.
Through this drill, HJF demonstrates its strong commitment to effective and responsive environmental management. This drill not only serves to prepare tactical personnel for field emergencies but also reinforces the reminder that maintaining environmental quality is an integral part of the company’s operations and responsibilities.

Raising Preparedness, HJF Held Quality Standard Compliance Drill

The futsal court at the employee living quarter of PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF) was filled with excitement. The cheers of the audience blended seamlessly with the resonant sound of musical instruments. That evening, a friendly futsal match between business units within the partnership of Harita Nickel and Lygend Resources was taking place.
What set the event apart was that the match, involving employees at the supervisor level and above, was presented in the style of a professional game. This included player arrivals by bus, chants and coordinated attire among supporters, and even press conferences with team managers. It felt as though one was watching the national team in action.
A moving moment occurred when the players, along with the spectators filling the stands, sang the Indonesian national anthem, “Indonesia Raya.” Rico W. Albert, Head of Technical Support at PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (HPL), expressed how touched he was to be in the middle of the arena, which featured a match between the Warrior team—a combination of HJF, PT Karunia Permai Sentosa (KPS), and PT Obi Sinar Timur (OST)—and the Apache team, comprised of HPL, PT Dharma Cipta Mulia (DCM), and PT Obi Nickel Cobalt (ONC).
Rico noted that while employees and management usually meet in formal work settings, that night they could mingle freely and enjoy a joyful atmosphere, whether as spectators or players. Rico himself, as a representative of the management on-site, took to the field to strengthen the Warrior team’s offensive lineup. Despite this, everyone gave their best effort on the field. There was no hesitation, for example, when needing to steal the ball from a higher-ranking opponent.

“This event is very positive because it embodies the core values of Harita. Especially in building strong teamwork,” he said, emphasizing that such events should be held regularly and include not only futsal but other sports as well.

Rico also specifically praised HJF for hosting the first match and challenged HPL, which will host the second match, to make it even more festive.

Committee Coordinator Christoforus Nanda Rahardian stated that the friendly futsal match between HPL and HJF involved all departments. Regarding the match’s professional game-like concept, he noted that it was to create a more lively atmosphere.

“The spirit is not just about playing futsal but more about how everyone can participate in the activity,” said Christo, who in his daily role serves as an Employee Relations Specialist at KPS.

The match between Warrior and Apache ended with a score of 1-3 in favor of the visiting team. Apache will host Warrior for the second match, which will be held at the HPL futsal court.

Fostering Solid Teamwork Through a Friendly Futsal Competition

The lush sengon and sea pine trees provided a refreshing shade for Mokhamad Rifai and Bagas Nicolaus Saputra. In the scorching midday heat, the two were engaged in monitoring activities at the Komodo reclamation area owned by Harita Nickel. This 11.82-hectare area, previously a mining site, has now returned to a vibrant green, inhabited by a variety of wildlife.
Mokhamad Rifai, the Mine Reclamation Superintendent at Harita Nickel, stated that the reclamation activities in the mining area are part of the company's obligations, as outlined in the Mineral and Coal Mining Law (UU Minerba) No. 3 of 2020. These activities are conducted in areas that have been declared mine-out.
He explained that a mining site can be declared mine-out when the extraction process has reached the bedrock layer. This means that the mining material in the ground has been exhausted or has reached its limit.
As of now, Harita Nickel has successfully reclaimed 201 hectares of post-mining land, according to Mokhamad Rifai, the Mine Reclamation Superintendent. This achievement encompasses a strategic collaboration between PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (TBP) and PT Gane Permai Sentosa (GPS).
“Reclamation goes beyond fulfilling corporate obligations; it’s crucial for restoring the ecological integrity and functionality of former mining sites,” Rifai stated, emphasizing the dual responsibility of environmental stewardship and compliance with regulations.

To achieve this, Harita Nickel employs a range of plants specified in the Environmental Impact Assessment (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan or AMDAL), focusing on species capable of thriving in the harsh conditions typical of post-mining landscapes. Key plants include sea pine, bintangor, gofasa, and other resilient species known as pioneer plants.

These plants not only survive but also improve soil fertility. Their roots release substances that attract beneficial bacteria and help prevent soil erosion, greatly enhancing soil structure and nutrient content.

In addition to these pioneer species, the reclamation area features several indigenous trees from Obi Island, aimed at restoring the original ecosystem and attracting the island’s endemic wildlife. “We’re focused on bringing this reclaimed area back to its natural state. This year, we’re targeting 30 hectares for reclamation,” said Bagas Nicolaus Saputra, the Reclamation Operation Foreman at Harita Nickel.

However, reclaiming land on Obi Island isn’t without its challenges. Unpredictable weather conditions often complicate the planting schedule.

“Sometimes it rains too much when the land isn’t ready, and then when it is ready, there’s no rain,” Bagas said, pointing out how these weather changes can impact planting success and plant growth.

Rifai and Bagas stressed that a flexible approach is needed to adapt to changing weather patterns. Despite the challenges, Harita Nickel is committed to making its reclamation program successful and promoting sustainable ecosystem restoration.

To ensure accountability and effectiveness, Harita Nickel regularly monitors and evaluates its reclamation efforts with help from external experts. This includes measuring plant growth, checking soil quality, and tracking the wildlife in reclaimed and mining areas. The insights gained from this monitoring are used to improve future reclamation and revegetation efforts.

Facing Weather Challenges, Harita Nickel's Reclamation Successfully Reclaims Former Mining Areas

New Building, New Hope: Inauguration of Ternate Representative Office

Harita Nickel hosted a graduation ceremony for the Youth Vocational Program (Pelita) on Monday, September 2, 2024, at the Obi Island site in South Halmahera, North Maluku. The 28 graduates had successfully completed a three-month training program focused on operating Overhead Crane heavy equipment.
Through this vocational program, Harita Nickel provides opportunities for local employees in its operational area to improve their skills while also developing their career paths.
Latif Supriadi, Head of External Relations at Harita Nickel, stated that Pelita is part of the company's Community Development and Empowerment (PPM) program in education. He continued by explaining that this vocational program aims to support the sustainability of the company's business by fulfilling the need for a skilled workforce.
"Through Pelita, we are contributing to the government's vision of creating vocational education that meets the needs of today’s industry," he remarked.
This Pelita program is the second batch, following the successful graduation of 14 participants who were previously trained to operate Wheel Loaders, consisting of crew members and daily laborers (THL). This program not only teaches heavy equipment operating skills but also equips participants with mental and physical training, as well as important materials on workplace safety.
"The Pelita vocational education program teaches not just heavy equipment operation but also other essential skills for the company's operations. This is a key step in achieving operational excellence at Harita Nickel," Latif added.

The Head of the Industrial Relations Development Division at the South Halmahera Manpower Office, Ladama La Sabadu, who also attended the event, expressed appreciation to Harita Nickel for continuing its commitment to improving local human resources. Ladama also advised the participants to make the most of the opportunities provided by the company.
“Let us grow and develop the spirit to learn and improve skills and show that South Halmahera's human resources can compete with other regions,” he said.
Meanwhile, participant Fajri Kadili expressed his happiness at completing the Pelita activities and graduating. This resident of Buton Village in Obi Subdistrict, who was previously a crew member, will now be appointed as an operator.
"Thank goodness we have such a great job here with excellent wages and facilities, along with opportunities to improve our skills," said Fajri.

Unlike the first batch graduation ceremony, this event included the participants' parents. Jafar Kadili, Fajri Kadili's father, expressed pride that his son works at Harita Nickel and has the chance to improve his skills.
"I am very proud that the company has given my child, who had no skills before, the chance to become a heavy equipment operator. I encouraged my child to work hard and be disciplined to make us proud," he said.

The second batch of the Pelita vocational program included 28 local employees from PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF), a business unit of Harita Nickel, and lasted three months. Participants received classroom lessons and field practice under the guidance of experienced mentors. The graduation ceremony marked the end of the training, and those who were crew members will now become Overhead Crane operators

Harita Nickel Continues to Invest in South Halmahera Youth with Heavy Equipment Operation Training

Harita Nickel has introduced a new initiative—Produk Unggulan Olahan Rempah Maluku Utara, known as Propala, as part of Harita Nickel’s broader Community Development and Empowerment Program (Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat or PPM). This program specifically targets local women, particularly mothers, now residing in the new settlement of Kawasi Village.
Harita Nickel has launched Produk Unggulan Olahan Rempah Maluku Utara, known as Propala, a new initiative under its Community Development and Empowerment Program. This program focuses on local women, especially mothers, living in the new settlement of Kawasi Village.

Ifan Farianda, Harita Nickel's Community Development Manager, explained that Propala was designed as a platform to empower local women by diversifying the use of nutmeg, a crop deeply rooted in the history of North Maluku. Despite nutmeg being the region’s one the most prized commodity, its full potential has long been overlooked. The nutmeg seed has always been harvested, but the flesh, which makes up the majority of the fruit, has been left untapped.

“The flesh of the nutmeg is both sweet and slightly tangy, and can be transformed into an array of products, including nutmeg syrup, jam, and the chewy confection, similar to Turkish Delight, known as dodol,” Ifan remarked.

To unlock this potential, Harita Nickel has enlisted the help of small business entrepreneurs from Ternate, who have been conducting training workshops for the women in Kawasi.

In a recent workshop, 30 women learned how to process nutmeg into drinks and snacks, as well as how to package these products attractively. The sessions not only provided technical skills but also focused on building entrepreneurial confidence and instilling the basics of running a business.

“The mothers in Propala are a new group, joining other women-led businesses we've helped before. This is part of our ongoing effort to support the community's economic stability, especially as they adjust to their new homes,” Ifan added.

In a further boost to their business prospects, Harita Nickel has helped secure Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga or PIRT certification for five Propala products: nutmeg syrup, fruit concentrate, air guraka (a traditional herbal drink), jam, and dodol. These certifications open doors for wider market access, allowing the women to sell to employees heading home on leave or visitors to the site.

Fauzia, a member of the Propala group, expressed her excitement at participating in the program. “I used to think nutmeg was only valuable for its seeds. Now, we’re making syrups, dodol, candies, and even air guraka. Our region is rich in spices, but before the company came, it was hard to find buyers or even get our hands on the ingredients. But now, with the economy improving, selling these processed products is much easier,” she shared, hopeful for the additional income Propala could bring.

The new settlement of Kawasi village, supported by the government and facilitated by Harita Nickel, provides residents with better housing. Since moving in, the community has started to grow economically, with people opening grocery stores and vegetable stalls to serve others.

In Propala, Harita Nickel has not only invested in the local economy but in the future of Kawasi’s women, offering them the tools and training to build a sustainable livelihood in the heart of North Maluku’s spice-rich landscape.

Empowering Kawasi Mothers: Harita Nickel Launches Propala in New Settlement

The sky above Pasturi, a small island amidst the waters of Kawasi, is clear. After two days of choppy waves, the sea this morning is calm. The dive team can finally carry out their activities at the blue hole—a patch of deep blue water surrounded by white sand.
On this morning (August 16, 2024), divers from Harita Nickel’s various business units are about to raise the Red and White flag beneath the sea. This initiative, part of Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day celebrations, symbolizes the company's commitment to preserving the waters around Obi Island.
Jesaya Alfredo, Marine Environment Supervisor at PT Halmahera Persada Lygend, explains that Pasturi's sandy waters are one of three points included in Harita Nickel’s coral reef restoration program. Since its launch in 2021, a total of 1,696 artificial coral reefs have been placed. These cube-shaped, hollow coral structures, made from nickel slag byproducts, have since become home to marine life as natural corals grow on them.
“Why is the water in Kadera calmer than in Pasturi?” Jesaya asks rhetorically. “That’s because Kadera is shielded by several islands, while Pasturi's waters are exposed to the open sea.”
An alumnus of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), where he studied oceanography, Jesaya explains that waves are influenced by both weather and season. He elaborates that Indonesia’s waters experience two primary seasons: west and east. August falls within the eastern season, where the monsoon winds blow from Australia to Asia from April to October.
He goes on to describe the unique nature of Obi’s waters, which, like much of Eastern Indonesia, boast deep seas and breathtaking underwater views. More than that, Obi’s waters are particularly productive due to the meeting of two major ocean currents—the Indian and Pacific Oceans.
“This convergence is known as Arlindo,” Jesaya says, “and one of its entry points is through the waters of eastern Indonesia, including Obi. Here, you’ll find plenty of fish with high economic value, though they’re far offshore.”

Back to Pasturi, the divers from Harita Nickel’s business units have returned here several times over the past three days, determined to complete their dives. Although they could have been content with diving in Kadera—another small island near the village of Laiwui—their sights were set on Pasturi.
“Why are they so eager to dive in Pasturi?” Jesaya smiles. “Besides the stunning underwater views, the blue hole here has much clearer water.”
Remarkably, despite being near the operations of a mining and nickel processing company, the waters of Kawasi remain well-preserved. Thanks in large part to the diligent efforts of Harita Nickel’s Environmental Marine team, of which Jesaya is a key member.
The core mission of the Marine Environmental division is to monitor the waters surrounding the company’s operations. This includes regular checks on marine ecology and water quality. On the ecology front, their routine involves monitoring the growth of coral reefs and identifying the various species of fish in the area. They also keep tabs on meteorological and oceanographic conditions. As for water quality, the team conducts tests on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
To support these efforts, the team is equipped with advanced tools. Among them is a seawater sampling device outfitted with a CTD meter (conductivity, temperature, and depth) to measure ocean water profiles, and a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) used to inspect underwater structures like piers and pipelines, as well as aquatic environments inaccessible to divers.
“Management has been incredibly supportive, providing us with the necessary equipment. On top of that, they offer us opportunities to enhance our skills through training and certifications,” Jesaya says.
