Donald J. Hermanus

An Indonesian citizen aged 58 in the 2024 fiscal year, Donald J. Hermanus has served as President Commissioner of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk since December 15, 2022. His appointment is based on the Deed of Shareholders’ Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145 dated December 15, 2022. He currently resides in South Jakarta.

Donald earned his Bachelor's degree in Law from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, in 2020. Over the course of his career, he has held numerous strategic positions in leading companies, particularly in the nickel mining and processing sector. He currently serves as President Director of PT Obira Mitra Jaya (since 2019); PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (since 2020); PT Dharma Cipta Mulia (since 2021); PT Karunia Permai Sentosa (since 2021); and PT Obi Nickel Cobalt (since 2021).

In addition, he also holds the position of Director at PT Gane Tambang Sentosa (since 2021) and PT Megah Surya Pertiwi (since 2020); and Commissioner at PT Jikodolong Megah Pertiwi (since 2017), PT Obi Anugerah Mineral (since 2017), PT Gane Permai Sentosa (since 2016), and PT Karya Tambang Sentosa (since 2023).

As the President Commissioner of Harita Nickel, Donald plays a key role in overseeing management performance, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the implementation of sound corporate governance in line with sustainability principles.

Donald J. Hermanus has no financial, management, or familial relationships with any member of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, or the major and controlling shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk.
