Legal Basis

The Company has appointed Chandra Lautan as Corporate Secretary based on Decree of the Board of Directors of the Company No. 0302/S/BOD/TBP/VII/2026 dated July 16th, 2026.

About Chandra Lautan

Indonesian citizen, 43 years old, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. Earned a Bachelor of Law Degree from Padjajaran University, Bandung, in 2004 and his Advocate license from PERADI.

With over 20 (twenty) years of professional experience, he currently serves as the Company’s Legal & Corporate Secretary General Manager since early 2026.

Prior to joining with the Company, he served as Legal & Corporate Secretary Department Head PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (2020-2025), Legal Superintendent PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (2014-2020), Legal Advisor (2012-2014) PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk, Legal Development Division Head at Kawan Lama Retail Group (2009-2012), Associate of Brigitta I Rahayoe & Partners Law Office (2007-2009), and Legal Officer of PT Tarunacipta Kencana (2006-2007).

Corporate Secretary Task and Responsibilities

Regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35 of 2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, among others:

  1. Following the development of the Capital Market, especially the laws and regulations applicable in the Capital Market sector;
  2. Providing input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector;
  3. Assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance which includes:
    • Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Company's website;
    • Submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority on time;
    • Organization and documentation of General Meetings of Shareholders;
    • Organization and documentation of meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners; and
    • Implementation of orientation programs for the company for the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
  4. Acting as a liaison or contact person between the Company and the Company's shareholders, OJK, and other stakeholders.
