Our Product

TBP’s main products are Laterite Nickel Ore, also known as Saprolite (high grade nickel) and Limonite (low grade nickel). Nickel Ore deposits are generally not very deep. Limonite Nickel Ore layer are at the top, while Saprolite at the bottom layer. Limonite used to be overburden, but now has become strategic material since 2021 because of the green implementation technology, PT Halmahera Persada Lygend.

Nickel Saprolite

Commonly known as high-grade nickel, it produces ferronickel which is widely used in stainless steel.

Ferronickel (FeNi)

A semi-finished product that is further processed into metal industrial end-products such as stainless steel.

Nickel Limonite

Commonly called limonite and is one of the main materials for electric car batteries. In the past was not utilized but now it has a high value.

Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP)

Intermediate products of technological processes HPAL.
